The project begins with a thorough analysis of the requirements provided by SUPCO. In addition to the initial requirement of a dashboard for data upload via CSV files, SUPCO specifies the need for advanced user management capabilities.
Specific requirements include the ability for administrators to create and manage multiple admin accounts with customizable permissions, such as read-only access or upload permissions for files.

Based on the expanded requirements, the system architecture is refined to incorporate advanced user management features. This includes designing a user interface for administrators to create and manage user accounts and permissions.
Additionally, the design phase encompasses the integration of intelligent data validation functionalities to ensure data accuracy and integrity during the upload process.

The development team proceeds with implementing the enhanced user management features, leveraging Laravel's authentication and authorization functionalities.
Specific user roles and permissions, including read-only access and upload permissions, are implemented and integrated into the dashboard interface.
Intelligent data validation mechanisms are developed using backend logic to thoroughly scan and validate data upon upload, with detailed error messaging for administrators.

Rigorous testing is conducted to validate the functionality of the added user management features and intelligent data validation mechanisms.
